Regale's Quests
Level 1 Prompt 1
"Meeting" - On his/her journey/paddock time, your horse has stumbled into one other than Regale himself! Regale offers your Ballator a chance to complete his quests in return for prizes and enhancements. Show/tell us what your horse thinks of this experience. (Fullbody or Headshot, Background Required, & Minimum 100 word story of image OR 700 min. word story. Drawing Regale is optional but recommended.)

_{The day was just beginning for Herminia. She was out and about, exploring the open meadows. The cream mare loved being in the wild and liked that her handler allowed her to roam free. There were times when she didnt want to go back. She would much rather stay in the wild and never return to the human world. Yes, her handler was kind and noticed she liked being wild more than tamed, so he was kind to her and let her be who she is. This made Herminia happy and so she was always happy to return to the farm and her handler.

The cream mare was trotting along, playing in the tall grass as it swayed back and forth in the breeze. As she slowed her trot, she noticed another standing just ahead of her. It was a stallion. Her was a beautiful light chestnut with lovely white markings on him. His blue horns really caught her eye. She stopped and looked his direction, wondering if he was friendly or not so friendly. She wished she could read his mind and listen in to what he could be thinking. The stallion then looks her direction and walks her way. She too, starts walking his direction and meets him in the middle. "Hello.... beautiful day for a stroll." Herminia says to the stallion. "My name is Herminia." She wasnt sure if the stallion would even reply. He had a sense of importance to him and she felt like she should bow to him.

"Hello, Herminia, I am Regale. Nice to meet you..." he replied. His words were low, but not threatening sounding. "It is a nice day. What brings you out here?" he asked her. This took her by surprise. Was he really interested in her day? "My handler lets me go out in the wild sometimes... he thinks it keeps me strong and smart being out here, surviving on my own." she replied. Regale had a look on his face like he thought that was a very odd thing for a human to do. "What are you doing out here?" she asked him. The next look on his face told her she should not have asked that question. He glared at her. "It's none of your concern, mare." he replied and walked away from her.

"What an interesting day it has been so far...." she thought to herself as she watched the beautiful painted stallion gallop away and disappear into the horizon.
